- Multilingual reception open 24 hours a day
- Luggage storage
- Cards and payment methods accepted: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, holiday vouchers
- Parking: No parking at the hotel. Mozart public car park 50 metres away
- Pets are allowed at a rate of €12/day/pet (subject to prior notification to the hotel, maximum weight 10kg, above which prices are on request)
- Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. We have high chairs and bottle warmers available. A cot can be added to our rooms free of charge (subject to availability).
- Modification and cancellation conditions: The conditions for cancelling, modifying or prepaying for your stay vary depending on the type of room and the rate chosen.
- Please enter your dates of stay to view the conditions offered.
- A tourist tax at the current rate must be paid on arrival at the hotel (rate per night/person).
